Open Auction of Hotel Plots in Islamabad – 26 September 2026

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites interested parties to an open auction of prime hotel plots in Islamabad on 26 September 2026 at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. Auction will commence at 10:00 AM.

Key auction terms and benefits:

• 1-year flexible payment plan available.
• Possession granted on payment of 75% of total amount, subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a scheduled local bank for the remaining amount.
• Building plan approval granted after payment of 25% deposit.
• 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
• Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
• CDA facilitation for electric line shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and related services.
• Special facility for overseas investors: token issuance available at least one day before the auction; payments may be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
