Eligibility & mandatory documents (as stated):

• 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity.
• 140,000,000 in previous 3 years.
• Turnover of at least 120,000,000 PKR in previous 3 years.
• Presence in Active Tax Payer List and Sales Tax Certificate.
• Bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Joint venture (JV) is not permissible.
• Undertaking/certificate of manufacturer and dealership facility in Balochistan for timely repair and maintenance of vehicles. Dealership must have 5 years' experience in sales and after-sales.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS. Last date and time for electronic submission: 2026-09-10 by 09:30 AM. Tender opening: same day at 10:30 AM on the EPPS system.
