Office of the Ombudsman Punjab invites Expression of Interest (EOI) / e-Tenders from NTN/GST/PST-registered firms, companies or suppliers for a Framework Contract to hire an Event Management Company. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope (Separate Technical & Financial e-Bids) procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
