Peshawar Development Authority Tender: Fabrication of Garbage Drums (Hayatabad)

PDA invites bids through EPADS from eligible bidders/manufacturers under KP-PPRA rules (Single Stage Single Envelope). Bidders must be registered/active with relevant authorities and hold required licences and registrations as stated in the bidding documents.

Key requirements and submission instructions:

• Bid documents to be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS portal before the last date and time for submission.
• Original bid security(s) and tender form fees must be submitted physically (call deposit receipt in favour of Director General, PDA) to the office of the undersigned by registered post/courier before the last date and time.
• Mandatory registrations/licenses (as specified in the bidding documents): valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence for 2026-27 in required category/code, active registration with KP-PPRA, active FBR/NTN status, and registration with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee. Bidders must have their own workshop in Peshawar and relevant experience supported by work orders.
• Bids will be downloaded/opened from EPADS on the stated date/time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical bids will be evaluated per solicitation documents; financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
• Clarifications/queries, if any, shall be communicated through EPADS.
