Karachi Gateway Terminal Multipurpose (Private) Limited (KGTML) invites sealed bidders to an open auction for the sale of Mixed Scrap on an "As Is Where Is" basis.

| Bidder identification & documentation | Original CNIC is mandatory and must be presented on both inspection and auction days. Bidders must also bring original company letterhead and provide copies of CNIC on both days. The successful bidder must submit an additional copy of the CNIC for KGTML's record. |
| Payment | Payments shall be made through Pay Ceder in favor of Karachi Gateway Terminal Multipurpose (Private) Limited (KGTML). All applicable taxes, duties, and levies are the responsibility of the successful bidder. |
| Security deposit | Successful bidder must deposit PKR 25,000,000 on the same day of the auction and an additional PKR 5,000,000 within seven (7) days prior to commencement of scrap removal. Failure to deposit on time may result in forfeiture of deposited security. |
| Removal obligations | Successful bidder to remove all mixed scrap on a fast-track basis and ensure a minimum removal of 300 metric tons per month during the four (4) month validity period of the auction bid. Failure to meet monthly minimums may result in penalties, recovery from security deposit, or contract termination. |
| Operations & compliance | Bidder responsible for lifting, loading, transportation, labor safety measures, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. No vehicle carrying scrap may exit without proper weighment documentation and gate pass. KGTML is not responsible for any loss, damage, or accident during lifting and transportation. |
| Right to accept/reject | KGTML reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. |
