Issuer: Punjab Seed Corporation. Ref: 07/2026-27 (Dated: 25.08.2026). Punjab Seed Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible local and international breeders, manufacturers, authorized suppliers and registered seed importers for supply of hybrid seed for the 2027 marketing and sowing seasons. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive International Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
Key conditions: bidders may bid for one or more lots. Each bid must cover 100% of the quantity of each offered lot (partial-lot bids are non-responsive unless expressly permitted in the Bid Data Sheet). Each offered hybrid must be lawfully approved/registered/enlisted for commercial cultivation and sale in Pakistan, and the bidder must possess or demonstrate required breeder, importer and marketing authorizations. Required arrival: within 01 month of issuance of award letter for all listed lots.
Bidding documents: available without fee via PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System and the PSC website. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System platform; manual or by-hand submission is not allowed. Submission deadline: on or before September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
