Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for the position of Assistant Specialist (Legal). PPMC provides policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and manages planning, development and implementation of strategic plans for the power sector.

Position Key Skills / Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience Remuneration & Age
Assistant Specialist (Legal)
  • Professional legal writing, meeting facilitation and institutional documentation control
  • Strong legal research, drafting, project coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple institutional relationships under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with legal research and drafting; willingness to work with AI tools for legal research and knowledge management
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, minute writing, analytical and prioritization skills
  • Minimum: Bachelor of Laws from an HEC-accredited/recognized university
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a reputable national, multinational organization, public sector organization and/or reputed law firm
  • License to practice before District Courts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
  • Market-based, competitive remuneration package commensurate with skills and experience as per company policy
  • Age limit: 35 years as of closing date

Appointment will be on a contractual basis with an initial probation period of three (03) months; continuation as per company policy. Integrity and maturity when handling confidential information are essential.
