BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field preferred. | Minimum 2 years' relevant experience and at least 1 year in debit/credit card or payment card product management. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, vendor oversight and regulatory awareness. |
| Digital Banking Officer – Digital Billing / Regulatory Compliance (OG‑II / OG‑I) | Unit Head – Digital Solution Governance & Regulatory Compliance | Minimum graduation (HEC‑recognized). Relevant technical degrees preferred. | Minimum 2 years' experience in banking/financial institution/telecom/fintech; relevant experience in digital billing, regulatory compliance or digital solutions. Strong knowledge of digital banking regulations, controls, governance and compliance frameworks. |
Core responsibilities include digital product strategy, product lifecycle management, requirements and vendor management, monitoring of KPIs and dashboards, feature roll‑outs, customer experience improvements, regulatory liaison, and cross‑functional coordination for product delivery and risk/compliance controls.
Employment terms: Contractual basis for three years (may be renewed). Only shortlisted candidates meeting basic eligibility will be invited for tests and/or panel interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.
