Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). The CITO will lead digital transformation and enterprise IT systems, report to the CEO, and ensure effective use of information and communication technologies across FESCO’s operations in the Faisalabad region.

| Minimum Qualifications | 16‑year Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science or related field. MS/MSc (18‑year) in Computer Science / IT / AI / Robotics or related field from HEC‑recognized local/foreign university will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post‑qualification experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role in public or private sector. Broad knowledge of information systems, software, languages, frameworks, and experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and major IT change initiatives. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 57 years as on closing date. |
| Tenure & Remuneration | Market‑based competitive lump‑sum salary. Initial contract of 3 years with 6 months probation; renewable subject to satisfactory performance. Contract not regularizable or pensionable under government rules. |
