NHA e-Bids: Auditorium & Mosque Construction and 3 Special Maintenance Works on N-5 (Punjab-North)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan — Punjab-North Region, Central Zone. NHA invites electronic bids (e-Bids) for construction and maintenance works described below. Method of procurement: Single Stage Two Envelopes.

Eligibility: Constructors registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Year 2027. Bid security: 2% of Engineer's Estimate in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit)".

Submission: e-Bids must be prepared per the Bidding Documents and reach the address below on or before 2026-09-15 until 12:30 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
