Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Pishtakhara, Peshawar. Legal basis: Section 44 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2019. Purpose: Proposed reclassification of Urban Immovable Property (UIP) tax rating areas within the jurisdiction of TMA Pishtakhara.
