Tender: Fabrication of Garbage Drums for Hayatabad, Peshawar — Peshawar Development Authority (ePADS)

Issuing Authority: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). Invitation: Tender through ePADS for fabrication of garbage drums for Hayatabad, Peshawar under KP-PPRA single-stage single-envelope procedure.

Key eligibility and submission notes:

- Bidders/manufacturers must be registered on ePADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and comply with KP-PPRA rules. Valid registrations required include Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/code for 2026-27), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR/NTN), and PDA/Provincial enrolment committee where applicable.

- Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through ePADS before the submission deadline.

- Bid security (in the form of call deposit) must be submitted in favour of Director General, PDA, and reach the office before the bid submission deadline as specified. Bidders must submit bid security as per KP-PPRA Notification referenced in the notice.

- Only bidders with their own workshop in Peshawar and documentary proof of similar experience will be eligible. Manufacturer/firm/workshop must demonstrate sufficient experience in the required work.

- Bid documents (Tender Form, BOQ, Bidding/Contract Data) are available for download via the official ePADS portal and PDA website. Clarifications/queries will be handled through ePADS.

- Incomplete, conditional, or tampered bids will be considered non-responsive. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend; if opening cannot occur on the scheduled date for reasons beyond control, the next working day at the same time/place will be used.
