Tender: Procurement of Lab Chemicals for Environmental Monitoring Center — SP&IU, Punjab

Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (Government of the Punjab) invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the procurement of lab chemicals from registered firms/registrations authorities and tax departments/authorities. Joint Venture/Consortium is not allowed.

Key information:

- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Submission: Through Punjab E-Procurement System only (eP).
- Bids must be accompanied by required documents as mentioned in bidding documents; bid security as specified above must be submitted in favor of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Punjab.
- Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per applicable Punjab PPRAs rules.
- The procuring agency (SP&IU, EPCCD) reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).
