Issuer: Sindh Industrial Trading Estates Limited (SITE). This is a final public notice regarding industrial plots in SITE converted to commercial use after 09-10-2018 and on which construction has taken place.
Owners of such converted and constructed plots are advised to regularise their conversions by paying a lump-sum fee of Rs. 10,000 per square yard on or before the deadline below. Failure to regularise by the deadline will result in cancellation of the conversions and reversion of the plots to their original status for industrial use only.
