Public Auction of Mortgaged Property by Banking Court No.11 Karachi – 2006-08-11

The Banking Court No.11 Karachi, presided over by Honourable Judge Noshaba Qazi, has ordered a public auction of mortgaged immovable property located in Lyari, Karachi to satisfy a bank decree. The sale will be held on 2006-08-11 at 13:00 at Banking Court No.11, Karachi.

Interested bidders must deposit the required earnest money by pay order in favour of the court and submit a copy of their CNIC to the court registrar. The successful bidder must pay the balance of the sale proceeds within 15 days of the auction; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount. The sale is subject to court confirmation and the purchaser will be responsible for all applicable taxes and dues.
