Workers Welfare Board Sindh — Hajj Scheme 2027 Applications Open

Issuer: Workers Welfare Board Sindh. The Board invites applications from industrial and mines workers in Sindh for selection, by balloting, to perform Hajj in 2027 under the Workers Welfare Board Sindh Hajj Scheme 2027.

Eligibility and conditions (as stated):

• Employment: Must be employed in an establishment registered under the Factory Act 1934 or the Mines Act 1932.
• Employment status: Must be a permanent worker.
• Age: Minimum 40 years and not older than 60 years.
• Registration: The worker must be registered from SESSVEOBL (as stated).
• Workplace: Industrial/mine worker should be working in an active industrial unit.
• Selection: If applications exceed the reserved quota, successful candidates will be chosen through balloting.
• Female applicants: If a female worker is selected she may take her Mahram with her; the Board will not bear or reimburse any Mahram expenses. The female worker must provide the name and details of her Mahram to the Board.
• Affidavit: Applicant must provide an affidavit stating they have not performed Hajj in the last five years.
• Passport: Passport should be valid up to June 2028.

Application forms for the Hajj Scheme 2027 can be downloaded from the Workers Welfare Board Sindh website at www.wwoo.gos.pk. Alternatively, forms can be collected and completed forms submitted to the respective regional offices of the Workers Welfare Board Sindh listed below.

Submission deadline: Completed forms must be submitted to the respective regional office of the Workers Welfare Board Sindh up to 20-09-2025. Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be entertained.
