LWMC Tender: Outsourcing Solid Waste Management Services — Faisalabad Urban‑II (4 Years, Extendable)

Issue: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites online bids for outsourcing of Solid Waste Management (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban‑II for a period of four years, extendable to another two years. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Bidding documents are available free for download from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e‑Procurement portal (e‑proc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security must be submitted online as per e‑Procurement guidelines.

Important dates: Pre‑bid meeting on 2026‑09‑17 at 11:00 hours. Last date for online submission is 2026‑09‑30 until 14:00 hours; online opening will take place the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
