TEVTA Punjab Invitation to Bid — HR Services for OEP Project (Package TEVTA/PC/832/2025-26)

Issuer: Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab. TEVTA invites encrypted electronic bids under a single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax filers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and also registered with Income Tax and Provincial/Federal Sales Tax Authorities for supply/rendering of HR services for the specified place of work.

Key submission details:

- Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and can be downloaded free of cost.

- Encrypted electronic bids must be completed and submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System in conformity with bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online and will be accepted until 10:30 AM on 2026-09-07; e-bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date.

- Bidders must submit the bid security online as per PPRA & Punjab e-Procurement System requirements. Bidders are advised to ensure early uploading to avoid last-minute issues; TEVTA will not be responsible for delays on the e-Procurement system.
