Issuer: Walton Cantonment Board / Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment, Lahore. Sealed/online tenders are invited on e-PAQS/E-PADs (PPRA portal) for multiple Annual Repair & Maintenance work packages under MES Schedule of Rates (amended up to date).
Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for 2026-27 and be an active taxpayer on the Federal Board of Revenue list. Bid security (earnest money) equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package.
Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADs/PPRA portal. The cut-off time for online submission is 11:00 hours on the closing date and bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day. Earnest money should be furnished in the form prescribed (Call Deposit/ CDR/ Bank Guarantee) in favour of the Cantonment Board Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment.
