Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites applications for contractual positions in the Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD) on a lump-sum pay basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Appointments will be made under applicable PESCO contractual policy.

ACA/ACMA/ACCA Member or equivalent by professional accounting body; OR ACCA/ICMA intermediate/ACCA affiliate or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience; OR M.Com / MBA (Finance) / MS Finance with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in financial management, contract/commercial finance, treasury or regulatory finance. Preferably experience in power/utility sector. Understanding of regulatory affairs, bilateral contracts and bidding process and knowledge of electricity market is an advantage. |

LLB (16 years) / LLM from HEC-recognized university with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in contract, corporate/commercial law or regulatory litigation, preferably involving the power/energy sector. |
