Karachi Port Trust — e-Auction of Scrap Materials (Lots) — Submission by 2026-09-21

Issuer: Karachi Port Trust (KPT), Stores Department. KPT invites electronic bids (e-Auction) for sale of scrap material on an "as is where is basis". Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Manual bids will not be accepted; all bids must be submitted through EPADS (version 2.0).

Participant requirements and important notes:

• E-bidding documentation and detailed terms and conditions are available on EPADS as per the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations; bidders must review and comply with those requirements.
• Bidders must inspect the lots at the Karachi depot/yard prior to submission of bids; KPT is not responsible for undiscovered defects after sale.
• Participants must submit attested copies of CNIC and NTN through EPADS.
• All applicable taxes, duties and levies will be charged as per government rules and will be payable by the purchaser.
• All lots will be sold to the highest bidder subject to approval by the Competent Authority; the Competent Authority's decision will be final.
• KPT may reject any or all bids or proposals at any time during the process and is not bound to accept the highest bid.
• Successful bidders must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price for each lot.
