• Earnest money / Bid security: 2% in the shape of CDR / Bank Guarantee (Deposit at Call) from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.
• Green challan to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan for each work.
• Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope.
• Eligibility: Active Tax Payer List presence, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration (category & specialized code), completed assignments of similar nature, and required financial turnover as detailed in bidding documents.
