| HVAC Engineer | 5–8 years relevant experience | B.Sc. Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience in operation & maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, refrigeration equipment). Strong supervisory, troubleshooting, inspection and preventive maintenance skills; excellent communication and coordination. |
| AC Technician / AC Mechanic | Minimum 3 years in similar role (preferably 5‑star hotel/club) | Hands-on repair, maintenance & troubleshooting of ice machines, walk-in chillers/freezers, package AC units, split ACs and other HVACR equipment. Three-year DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in HVACR mandatory. |
| Chiller Operator / Pool Plant Operator / Generator Operator | Minimum 3 years relevant experience | Experience in similar capacity, preferably in 5-star hotel/club or large facility. Three-year DAE in a related technical discipline from a recognized institution preferred. |
| Kitchen Technician / General Mechanic | Minimum 5 years experience | Hands-on repair & maintenance of ovens, dishwashers, deep fryers, roaster burners, hot platters, laundry machines, dryers & spinners. Three-year DAE in Mechanical or equivalent required. |
| Gardener (Mali) | 2–3 years relevant experience | Responsible for maintenance of gardens, lawns, plants, trees and landscaped areas. Good knowledge of general gardening and landscaping practices; experience in reputable organization preferred. |
| Waiter / Hostess / Bus Boy | 1–2 years experience | Experience as waiter/hostess/bus boy in a reputed organization. Excellent guest handling and communication skills. Minimum qualification: F.A. |
| Driver | 3–5 years experience | Valid LTV/HTV license required. Good knowledge of traffic regulations and local routes. Minimum qualification: F.A. |
