Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Lahore invites sealed/open bids for an open public auction of railway land for lease. Auction will be held on 02 October 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Committee Room, Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, near Bohar Wala Chowk, Lahore. Key terms and application information:

- The railway land will be auctioned for the stated purpose and leased on the basis of the highest offered annual rent. Highest open bids will be announced in the presence of participants by the auction committee.

- Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 (as shown) must be deposited in advance through Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) or as directed, in the name of the Divisional Sports Association / as per auction committee instructions before start of proceedings.

- Participation fee PKR 20,000 (non-refundable) must be paid by each participant before start of auction proceedings.

- The participation fee and bid security conditions, adjustment/refund and other procedural details, including consequences for default, are governed by the auction terms. The highest bidder will be required to deposit 50% of the bid amount within the prescribed time; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid security.
