SEPCO Invitation for E‑Bids — Multiple Supply & Service Packages for FY 2026-27 (Sukkur)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO), Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit (PMU), SEPCO Sukkur.

SEPCO invites electronic bids (Single Stage–One Envelope, FCS basis) from registered / prequalified manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or authorized dealers for the supply of various materials and equipment under National Competitive Bidding procedure using SEPCO’s own resources for FY-2026-27. Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, method of procurement and technical specifications are available in the E-PAD packages for each lot.

Major categories of items tendered (multiple lots) include: power transformers and accessories; 11kV/132kV circuit breakers; bus isolators; capacitor banks; lightning arresters; incoming/outgoing panels; DC & battery chargers; protection and metering relays; connectors and hardware; insulators (disc & suspension); line fittings and tension string assemblies; steel structures and lattice towers; conductors and power cables (various MCM sizes); CTs, PTs and HV bushings; SF6 gas and gas leakage detectors; test sets, tools and workshop equipment; hydraulic and manual equipment; and assorted accessories and spare parts.

Bid opening for lots listed occurs between 2026-09-28 and 2026-09-30 (individual lot opening dates and times vary). Each lot carries its own E-PAD reference number and specified delivery period from the Purchase Order. All bids must be submitted online on SE-PADs v2.0. Bidders must register on E-PADS and submit bids electronically. Physical submission of bid security / CDR in original (if required as per package) and other documents is governed by the instructions in each E-PAD package. SEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.

- For registration, training or any E-PADs assistance, follow registration guidance on the E-PADS platform; unregistered bidders will not be entertained.
- Ensure bid security and required documentary evidence (registration, relevant credentials) are in compliance with the conditions specified in each E-PAD.
