Regional Sales Manager (Branch Banking - Consumer) — The Bank of Punjab

• Develop customer and business proposition/strategy and ensure its execution via the branch network.
• Plan and execute calendar of marketing and sales programs/campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Build and strengthen branch relationships; cross-sell banking products in branches.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, SOPs and guideline/ internal policies.
• Drive product knowledge and marketing of products to potential clients; engage with prospective/existing customers and institutional/corporate clients for business and networking.
• Ensure productivity of branch sales staff (PB, PBO and CSO) and achieve branch deposit growth targets.
• Targets include achieving ~15% branch deposit base growth and improving overall branch productivity.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of banking experience. Preference given to candidates with relevant consumer/retail/branch banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.
