Eligibility: Contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year 2026-27 are eligible to participate.

Bid security and deposits: Call deposits/earnest money and other bid security conditions are required as per the tender documents and must be prepared/posted before the closing time of e‑bidding.
