Tender: Allotment of Main Canteen & Shops — The University of Agriculture Peshawar

Directorate of Administration, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible firms/individuals for license, operation, management and maintenance of the Main Canteen and two Shops on monthly rent basis.

Key submission & eligibility requirements: Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available on KPPRA and the University website (https://www.kppra.gov.pk and https://www.aup.edu.pk). Bidders must provide evidence of non-blacklisting, possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) issued by FBR, and required registrations for operating canteen/food service facilities. Comply with applicable food safety, hygiene and health regulations.

Each bid must be accompanied by the specified earnest money and the original bid fee receipt (Rs. 2,000/- per form). The bid security in the form of call deposit must be in the name of Treasurer, University of Agriculture, Peshawar. The license will be awarded to the highest evaluated responsive bidder offering the highest monthly rent, subject to fulfilment of eligibility and other terms and conditions.
