Military Engineer Services (PAF) Chaklala — Notice of Tender for Emergency Works (Tender No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/96/E-6)

Issuer: Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala. Tender Notice dated 21 Aug 2026 inviting sealed tenders for emergency works under PPR Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Tenders are invited for provision of certain facilities at various PAF bases; estimated costs are shown below.

Eligibility and submission details:

- Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials and supporting documents; only scrutinized contractors who meet special conditions and have sufficient relevant experience will be issued tender documents.

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with PEC and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.

- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department in the Court of Law and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (or equivalent) is outstanding against them.

- Contractors on the approved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' and having the requisite experience are eligible. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per PPR rules.

Submission deadline and opening:

- Tender documents must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-09-10. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.
