Medical Superintendent, Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad invites e-bids from eligible firms for pre-qualification and framework contracts for medical, cardiac and surgical disposables for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders should obtain detailed specifications and bidding documents from the Punjab e-procurement portal and submit bids online as specified below.

- Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available for download on the Punjab e-Procurement website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and information may also be available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website.

- Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage–Single Envelope e-procurement procedure (as per applicable PPRA/PPRA Punjab rules).

- Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement portal by the specified closing date and time. Original bid security (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) must be submitted as instructed prior to bid closing.

- Bidding documents are in English. Bids will be opened on the stated opening date/time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Earnest money for each listed tender is PKR 50,000 (refundable as per rules). Bid validity period is 90 days from the bid opening date.
