Post Scale Minimum Eligibility Application / Test
Junior Clerk BPS‑11
  • At least two (02) years regular service as Class‑IV
  • Intermediate (Second Division) from a recognized board
  • Typing speed: 30 words per minute
  • Online applications via ETEA web portal (candidates must create a profile on ETEA)
  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear; final eligibility subject to departmental scrutiny
  • Typing test administered by ETEA

Important notes: Applications are strictly for regular Class‑IV employees of the Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Extension Wing). Detailed scrutiny of credentials will be carried out by the appointing authority and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
