Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Railways, Islamabad. Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) from reputable national or international consulting firms (registered with Income Tax and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue) to provide Third Party Validation (TPV) services for the listed Pakistan Railways projects.

- Eligible firms: Consultants duly registered with Income Tax and on FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL); national or international firms may apply individually or as consortium/joint venture.
