Key dates and submission details:
- Tender documents available for download from the University website and EPADS (https://portalsindh.aprocure.gov.pk) from 2026-09-21 to 2026-10-06.
- Non-refundable tender fee: PKR 5,000.
- Fixed bid security (refundable) must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee in favour of "Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage". The original tender fee and bid security must reach the office of the Procurement Officer, Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur before the closing date and time.
- Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-10-06 up to 01:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. Only technically responsive/qualified bids will be opened for financial evaluation.
Procurement conditions: The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with relevant provisions of the SPP Rules, 2010 (up to date) and may cancel the bidding process in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
