Issuer: Chief Officer, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore. Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification of firms for provision of services and supply of items for National and Religious Events, public meetings, foreign/local delegation arrivals, cricket teams, and government meetings. Pre-qualification will be carried out online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-P). Initial pre-qualification validity is one year, extendable up to two further years subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the competent authority. Applicants may participate in one or more lots.
Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) are available immediately after publication for free download on the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Proposals prepared in accordance with the PQD must be submitted through the e-Procurement System. Submission deadline and opening details are below.
