PESSI Pre-Qualification Notice for Contractors — 100‑Bedded Social Security Hospital Sheikhupura (Package I)

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI), Head Office, Lahore. PESSI invites pre-qualification applications from experienced contractors through the PPRA e‑procurement system for the establishment of a 100‑bedded Social Security Hospital (Package I) at Sheikhupura.

Eligibility and submission requirements: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code with valid PEC credentials, hold PR and NTN certificates, and be regularly depositing social security contributions. Interested firms must register and download pre-qualification documents from the Punjab e-PADS/PPRA e‑procurement portals and submit pre-qualification documents/profile online only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
