Medical Superintendent, Lady Aitchison Hospital Lahore invites e-bids from eligible bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27 for the following packages. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal to participate.

Important instructions:
- All procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA). Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal to participate. Tender documents and detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the e-Procurement System.
- Bids must be uploaded via the e-Procurement portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order as specified. Manual or hard-copy bids will not be accepted; non-compliant bids may be disqualified.
- Current PPRA rules and amendments apply. Technical & financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
- Bidders should sign and stamp all pages, provide proper page numbering, a checklist and table of contents; incomplete or unsigned bids will not be entertained.
