| 10 | Authorization for the Managing Committee to negotiate, finalize and execute agreements, exchanges, transfers or related documents on behalf of the Society and to take necessary actions in connection with the foregoing matters (including implementation of any approved land exchanges and proposed LOP matters). |

Only queries received by the office by that date will be considered for discussion. Admission to the meeting is restricted to members whose names appear on the Society membership list; entry will be allowed on production of original CNIC (and membership evidence as required). Proxies/representatives should follow the Society's bylaws and present required authorization/documentation.
