District Council Khushab E-Procurement Tenders for Bus Shelters (ADP 2026-27)

Issuer: District Council Khushab. Procuring agency invites e-tenders on EPADS (E-Procurement Punjab) for approved ADP development schemes for 2026-27. Registered firms/contractors holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the respective category for 2026-27 may participate.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Download bidding documents from EPADS against the respective procurement activity (from publication date until the closing date shown on EPADS).

- Bids must be submitted through EPADS only. The notice states bids will be accepted through EPADS until 07.09.2926 at 11:00 AM (time shown in the notice). Earnest money of 3% (CDR) must be uploaded via the E-Procurement Punjab online system from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of Chief Officer, District Council Khushab.

- Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of District Council Khushab by the tender opening committee in the presence of available contractors or authorized representatives.

- Contractors must quote item-wise rates in figures and words on EPADS (no percentage rates). Incomplete, unsigned or unfilled bids will not be accepted.

- If the lowest quoted rates are equal to or less than 5% below the DNIT estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security (including CDR deposited at tendering) within 15 days of issuance of notice, otherwise the 3% deposit will be forfeited.

- On issuance of acceptance letter, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper of value specified by the Government within 15 days for issuance of the work order. Contractors are responsible for required quality control tests at their own expense.
