Fazaia Inter College Nur Khan invites applications from energetic, competent and well-qualified male and female candidates for the following positions. Candidates must be medically fit; retired Education Officers from armed forces and civilian candidates up to 60 years may apply. Selected candidates will be offered an attractive pay package on contract, renewable annually.

Experience: 8–10 years teaching with prior leadership/management experience (e.g., Section Head, Coordinator, Academic Lead). Strong understanding of curriculum planning, lesson observation, assessment, student progress monitoring and academic standards. | Provide academic supervision, teacher development, mentoring, guidance, lesson observation, assessment and capacity-building initiatives. |
| Career Counselor (O & A Levels / College Section) | Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Career Counseling or relevant discipline. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in career counseling, preferably in a reputable school/college or O Levels/A Levels program. | Provide student counseling on subject selection, academic pathways, university admissions, scholarships and careers; supervise counseling activities and coordinate with parents, teachers and section heads. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required. |
| Section Head – O & A Levels | Master’s degree from a recognized university; qualification in Educational Leadership/Management is advantageous. Experience: 8–10 years relevant teaching experience, preferably in Cambridge O & A Level systems; minimum 3–5 years in academic leadership/management roles (Section Head, Cambridge Coordinator, Head of Department). | Lead O/A Level curriculum delivery, assessment and examination requirements; oversee teacher supervision, performance evaluation, mentoring and professional development. High standards of integrity and accountability required. |
Ineligibility: Candidates dismissed/terminated prematurely from any government or non-government institution, candidates terminated from any Fazaia institution on any allegation/discipline issue, or candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offence are not eligible. Applicants must produce NOC from previous institution where applicable.
