University of Swabi Tender Notice — Procurement of Goods under Framework Contract FY-2026-27

Issuer: University of Swabi (Director P&D). The University invites sealed bids for "Procurement of Goods for University of Swabi under Framework Contract FY-2026-27" from original manufacturers, general order suppliers, authorized dealers or firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System).

Important terms and instructions:

1. The original bid security (CDR) must reach the Office of Director P&D, University of Swabi, on or before the closing date and time; failure to provide the original by the deadline will render the bid non-responsive.

2. Technical bids will be opened first in accordance with the bidding procedure. Financial e-bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently in the presence of bidders' representatives.

3. All applicable taxes will be deducted from payments at government-prescribed rates.

4. Incomplete, delayed, or otherwise non-compliant bids will be considered non-responsive.

5. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to approval by the competent authority without assigning any reason.

6. Bidders should obtain standard bidding documents from the office of the undersigned and follow EPADS submission requirements.
