Tender NIT/AUS/PC/2026/08 – Convocation 2027 Printing, Photography, Decoration & Catering Services | Aror University Sukkur

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur invites electronic bids from well‑reputed companies/firms/suppliers/contractors and decoration & catering service providers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having relevant experience. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

E‑bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements can be downloaded by registered bidders through the EPADS portal and from the official university website from 2026‑09‑21 to 2026‑10‑06. Interested bidders are required to submit a non‑refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 and the fixed bid security (refundable) in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of "Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage".

The original tender fee and bid security must reach the office of the Procurement Officer, Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur, before the closing date and time. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026‑10‑06 up to 01:00 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM; financial bids of only technically responsive/qualified bidders will be opened.
