Bestway Cement Limited — Sale of Surplus & Redundant Items (Hattar, Farooqia, Kallar Kahar)

Issuer: Bestway Cement Limited. Purpose: Sale of surplus and redundant plant items available at Hattar, Farooqia and Kallar Kahar plants. Interested parties are invited to inspect items and submit separate plant-wise quotations/rates.

Inspection schedule: 2026-09-21 to 2026-09-25 (Monday to Friday), 10:00–12:00 & 14:00–16:00 at the respective plants. Submission deadline: 2026-09-28. Quotations must be accompanied by a refundable Demand Draft / Pay Order of PKR 1,000,000 for each plantwise case in favour of Bestway Cement Limited.

Submission address: Bestway Cement Limited, Head of Procurement, 8th Floor, UBL Building, Blue Area, Islamabad. Quotations and rates not accompanied by the Demand Draft and CNIC copy will not be entertained. Bestway Cement Limited reserves the right to cancel any bid/quotation without assigning reasons. Successful bidders must lift all scrap within stipulated time or security amount will be forfeited. Health & safety PPEs must be worn during plant visits. Afghan citizens will not be allowed to be hired by contractors and are not allowed to enter plant premises.

Plant locations for inspection:

• Hattar: Suraj Gali Road, Village Shadi, Hattar, District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Farooqia: 12 km Taxila–Haripur Road, Farooqia, Tehsil & District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Kallar Kahar: Choi Mallot Road, Tehsil Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, Punjab.

Key conditions: plant-wise separate quotations; refundable earnest money (DD/Pay Order) PKR 1,000,000 per plantwise submission; CNIC copy required; company reserves right to accept/reject bids; safety PPE mandatory during visits.
