Tender for Supply & Installation of SMD Screens — Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence (CLC), Lahore

Issuing authority: Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE) / Children Library Complex (CLC), 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore. Eligible bidders: Income Tax and General Sales Tax / Punjab Sales Tax registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, supplier firms or individuals.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as prescribed in Rule 38-2(a) PPRA 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately. Bids must remain valid for 60 days.

Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost must accompany the Financial Bid in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Draft in the name of "Children Library Complex Subscription". A photocopy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Bid; original instrument must be produced as required. Bids without required bid security will be rejected as non-responsive.

Submission & opening: Complete tender documents, tender notice and bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the NSCoE website. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system by 2026-10-05 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (e-Procurement) in the presence of bidders.

Other conditions: The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to award as per NSCoE/PPRA rules. Bidders are responsible for verifying complete instructions and requirements from the bidding documents.
