Auction of Scrap Materials — Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road) — Bid Closing 2026-10-07

Public Sector Organization (GM Stores) invites sealed bids for disposal of scrap materials on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" located near Jabbi Stop on Fateh Jang – Attock Road.

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores at the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road) at 1000 hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Submission / Earnest Money: Submit sealed bids along with a pay order / demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount. Bids and earnest money must be deposited before 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at: Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road.

Key Conditions: Bids will remain valid for 90 days from opening. Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount plus applicable taxes and lift the scrap/items within 30 days of approval or forfeit the earnest money. Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted; partial bids or inadequate earnest money may be cancelled. All participants must bring original valid CNIC with two photocopies. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids fully or partially.
