Key procurement details:
- Earnest Money / Bid Security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) @ 5% of the estimated price (as shown above) to be submitted in favor of Deputy Director, Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Punjab, Lahore. Acceptable forms include CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order as specified. Late bids will be rejected.
