Issuer: Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Islamabad. PPRA is inviting applications from qualified professionals for a pool of Independent Procurement Experts to strengthen transparency, accountability and efficiency in public procurement across federal government organizations. Selected experts will be engaged by procuring agencies on their field(s) of expertise and may be appointed as independent members of procurement committees.
Purpose: To create a roster of procurement experts for deployment on Bid Evaluation Committees, Grievance Redressal Committees, Third-Party Validation Committees, Inspection Committees and Disposal Committees during procurement processes.
Eligibility and Qualifications:
| Minimum Qualification | Minimum 16 years of formal education and/or professional certification in one of the listed disciplines. |

| Minimum Experience | Minimum post-qualification experience as stated in the advertisement (minimum five (10) years post-qualification experience in the relevant field). Professional certification and/or licensing from recognized professional bodies shall be mandatory where applicable. |
| Preferred | Individuals with demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management or supply chain/logistics will be given preference. |
| Remuneration | Engagement and remuneration will be paid by the borrowing/procuring agency as per PPRA prescribed limits. |
