| Manager (Business Development) | 01 | BE (Naval Architecture / Engineering Technology / Business Administration / Marketing) with PEC registration. 8–10 years relevant experience in business development, marketing, project management or commercial operations. Experience in shipbuilding, maritime, defence, engineering or heavy industry preferred. Project execution/management experience required; PMP certification an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Primavera or other project management tools preferred. | Up to 45 years |
| Supervisor (Dry Docks) | 01 | DAE (Mechanical / Electrical) from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years' experience supervising equipment and dock operations. Skills with pumps, air compressors, fire pumps, MS Office, record keeping, preparing logs and maintenance reports preferred. | Up to 45 years |
| AC Fitter | 01 | Middle / Matric. 2–3 years' relevant experience in the field. Relevant trade course preferred. | Up to 45 years |
