Issuer: Karachi Development Authority (Director Records). This public notice addresses successful bidders of plots auctioned on 3 and 4 February 2026 who have outstanding payments.
Action required: Successful bidders who have not yet completed the initial 25% deposit are directed to make the outstanding payment within 15 days of this notice. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation of the allotment and re-auction of the plot as per rules.
