MES (PAF Chaklala) Tender Notice for Emergency Works at Multiple PAF Bases — Closing 2026-09-10

Military Engineer Services, Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala (Tender Notice No. DW&CE/CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/96/ E-6 dated 21 Aug 2026) invites sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42(v) of 2004. Interested contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient relevant experience and after scrutiny. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be on the approved MES list in categories 'A' or 'B' where applicable.

Key conditions:

- Tender documents issuance after scrutiny of credentials. Tender documents will be issued only to eligible firms.

- Contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with any government department and have no outstanding adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ).

- PEC registration is mandatory; submit copy of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Presence of contractors at tender opening is optional.
