Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab. Sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) are invited from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for the procurement of IT equipment and multimedia production equipment. Joint ventures/consortia are allowed.
Key submission rules: Bid validity 120 days. All procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per rule 2(a) of Rule No. 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. The Procuring Agency (SP&IU, EPCCD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
